Packaging
1- Wooden Barrels:
The panels are assembled in groups, each group contains a number of 8 to 15 panels according to their thickness within one wooden barn and loaded in a 20ft container according to the customer’s request.
2- Assembling the panels:
The method of assembling the boards is very close to that of wooden bar, where each bundle (8 to 15 boards according to thickness) is separated from the other by two wooden bars and all the beams are on top of other wooden bars. The separation of the boards forms the floor of the container
Wooden pallets or wooden pallets:
The tiles are packaged after being carefully selected according to samples based on wooden pallets and tied with plastic belts with rubber pieces (carton) on the edges to avoid any damages that may occur
Each wooden pallet contains a certain number of tiles according to the size and thickness of the tiles, all details of the contents of the pallets are mentioned in a sheet that is affixed to the side of the pallet
Wooden boxes
The tiles, after being carefully selected, are packed according to approved samples in wooden boxes with foam placed on the sides to provide better protection.
Each wooden box contains a specified number of tiles according to the thickness, all the details of the box content are mentioned in the label sheet that is attached to the outside of the box.
